Dubbing consists of creating an audio track in a new language for an existing video. If you have already invested in creating videos to onboard or train employees, introduce your agency to potential clients, teach, tutor, or promote your services, I can create a new audio track to multiply your reach. Some companies opt for automatic captions to translate their videos into Spanish. However, the translations are not always reliable, and the solution demands that the viewer spend the entire video reading--missing the visuals, graphics and tone of the video, and often resulting in a general lack of connection to the material. Dubbing is superior to "subbing," because the viewer can absorb the information visibly AND audibly, as originally intended. However, dubbing must be done with an understanding of phrase-to-phrase translation, rather than word-to-word translation, so the audio can be paced well, delivered with human intonation in the intended tone, and timed to the visuals. Done properly, dubbing creates an alternate video that resembles its original counterpart in the closest possible way. Dubbing is the equitable and future-forward solution to engaging Spanish speakers in your visual materials.
